The best traits in Human beings

Hi !

My name is Akhil, I am a good friend of Sterding ( and very glad to have been introduset to Zhilin !)

I am a fairly un-experienced young guy (24)
So my aim for the next two years are to try and find out

1.
What I want in life and what education I should choose (study for passion / interrest or just to make money ?)

2.
Gain more experienced in social skill and mature thinking. To better take care of my self in dealings with people and life in general.

3.
understand how the world works. The professional work market, Media, Politics, global economy and try to get a peek in the connection between some of these subjects. (This is an uncontentious goal)

Anyway, this is just a brief introduction of me and what I am busy thinking about these days.

My question to you is ;

What are the best 5 human characters and the worst 5 human characters in your personnel opinion ???

I am asking this question in relation to point 2. in my personal goal:

Enable to have more experience to better take care of my self in dealings with people and life in general.

I think that if YOU know the best 5 - 8 human characteristics that will help you the most to succeed in life then you have a very very very good chance in shaping your life as you wish
and a big chance of getting anything you want. But this is related to experience and wisdom to a great extend. ( Not easy to gain)

Here is my view on the best human charecteristics and the worst .

Best human characters : (top most important)

Motivation (endless energy and will)
Confidence (if you don't try you will never know)
Concentration (efficiency)
Intelligence (efficiency)

Worst human characters : (top is worst)

Dumb (because capable of doing anything and are unpredictable)
Dis honest (those who are not direct are easy to misunderstand)

I will leave it at those. It is better to say few things I mean then much crap I don't believe in.

I would VERY MUCH like to have ' YOUR' feedback to accelerate mine and your growth to a maturing process to become adults who can control their own destiny.

What do you think.

Comments for Zhilin

Nice to receive phone call from Zhilin in the morning.

I had the similar confusion to the future of career development in pure technology, before I left P&G. It depends on one's character, I think. Some people like to work with machine, while some like to work with people. I think for you/us, you just notice the potential need until now. It's absolutely not late, I think. It's very important for one to know what he/she want to be (which is also an ongoing-asked question to myself).

You have very strong purpose to your life. That could be a good thing. Wish you to be rich inasmuch as you intend to be.

From my side, I only could offer two ideas for you currently.
1. Try to search www.goabroad.dk to find any chance to be a Chinese/English teacher in some foreigner countries; also you could find some study chance in business field, like Akhil (he had more experience in this way).
2. Keep in mind that Africa could be a candidate place with good potential in market. I am sure Africa countries (not all) would become the next China in 5-10 years, because the big population and huge need of goods there. And 'luckily'(only in business point), Africa people prefer to welcome Chinese companies, instead of USA ones (I read news that Sudan once refused the American firms, but kept the Chinese one). So, why not have a try, if there is chance and it's safe?

Condom Applicator

For Usual behaviours, responsibility is a must; For Sexual behaviors, responisbility has no excuse to be neglected. For the sake of preventing AIDS spreading out or promoting the usage of condom, a South African, Willem van Rensburg has invented a Condom Applicator for us which is released by Pronto. This Condom Applicator can let you plug in swiftly, just in a wink in which you are now free from the burdon of using teeth to tear or the risk of cutting off your fingers, or worse still, awkward chaos by those amateurs.

Reply to Akhil

I may make a confusing expression to the purpose of this website. Actually, it does not uniquely aim to set up the business plan between us in the future; (it's also too early for us) it aims to collect any creative ideas and any new things that come to our eyes at the first moment. For example, you told me that there was a news about "the cheapest minicar invented in India". For you, that's a news, and a particularly interested news, because it could change into a good business chance. Sure, you could share with me by phone, or you may ignore it and forget it. Why not collect the innovative ideas/news like this and share with we guys? That's the point where the website initiates. I am sure if Jiang Nanchun, the Chinese guy who changes a sudden idea into a 6 billion $ company in 2yr, looks back to the career of his MediaFocus, he must feel very lucky that he did not ignore the tiny spark that flashed in his brain. We could be able to do that, too. I think there are at least 4 reasons for us to do that.

  • Keep updated of our mind with new/fashion things;
  • Share the idea and absorb critical comments for that;
  • Connect us guys who supposed to do business later;
  • Hire or get to know more people with similar interests.
For instance, your idea of "selling documentary films" could be a better and more applicable one after you shared and discussed with me. Right? :)

(My ideas when I live in Norway)

(Glueless-Envelope in Norway)
(Toilet Foot-washer in Italy)
(Increased seat above the wheel position on Norway bus)
。。挪威有很多这种小店,如何复制到中国?(open house-style design stores like IKEA in China)
(Develop the web-based ticket booking system in China, and the vending machine at the train station)

Can we fly? ---- Open words

We supposed to have our mind sharp and young through taking shower in the pool of new creative ideas, which might change the people's life or the world in the next 5 or 1o years. That's the main reason we set up this site. Sure, nothing is impossible. Nobody knows that Larry and Sergey could make money when they created Google in a garage 9 years ago. To make money via one of these ideas, to do business is of course not only the byproduct for the website. We want to be rich, both in concept and in money!

Keep young mind and sharp eyes to the world.
